Conclusion of contract
Upon receipt of your order, indicating your correct e-mail address, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. With the delivery of this confirmation of order with you, the purchase contract comes about the goods ordered by you. If the goods are out of print and procurement of the ordered goods or of a comparable product with other suppliers is not possible, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract or to refrain from signing a contract. In this case, you will be informed without delay.
Contract language
The contract language is German.
Contractual data storage
The contract text (your order) will be saved. You can view the general terms and conditions (AGB) at any time at www.bigcup.de and save it on your computer. The actual order data will be sent to you by e-mail and can be viewed by logging into the LogIn area under "My account"> "My orders".
Payment Options
For first-time buyers only the payment in advance (PayPal, immediate transfer, bank transfer)
The delivery takes place after the invoice amount has been previously passed on to one of our accounts.
From your second order you have the option to choose the following payment methods:
- Payment in advance
As soon as the invoice amount has been entered into our account, the goods will be sent to you, taking into account the indicated delivery times.

- Purchase on invoice
You will receive an invoice with the delivery of the goods and transfer the invoice amount without deduction within 10 days to the account of BigCupDessous.
- PayPal
The fastest and safest way of your payment - prerequisite is a PayPalkonto. Opening a PayPontonto requires a few days of waiting time. The ordered goods will be shipped within two days.
- Credit card
With PayPal, you have the possibility to pay without a credit card.
- Immediate transfer
If you have an online bank account with PIN / TAN procedures, you can easily pay by direct transfer from your online banking account.
Orders outside Germany
We ask our customers from abroad to understand that outside of Germany goods can only be shipped with payment in advance (bank transfer, PayPal, immediate transfer).
The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.

The delivery takes place by sending the goods to the address notified by the customer. The delivery takes place against the packaging and shipping costs indicated on the website, which can be viewed in advance on the website.
Partial deliveries
A partial delivery is reserved to us within the reasonable framework. In this case, we do not charge shipping costs for double delivery.
Exchange orders
If you have ordered items that do not fit in size, you have the possibility to make an exchange order. To do this, please fill in the enclosed return note with the items you would like to return, as well as the articles that you would like new or in other sizes. Download a return label. The return of the items is free, only the exchange delivery is charged with € 4,95.
If items are returned from a delivery delivery, the return must be released or it will be charged with € 4.95.
Returns processing
If you want to return items from your order, because you do not like or do not like, you have the possibility to download a free return label.
To do this, please go to the "Return Processing" page under "Service". Click on the "DHL Return" button, enter your data and press "send". You will receive an email with a free and free return label within a short time. Stick it on your package and deliver it free of charge at a post office or DHL branch.
For the use of a return label from our return portal, we charge € 4.95 per shipment.
